Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness throughout all store areas by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning mirrors, and collecting trash, hangers, and sensor tags. Clean restrooms and breakrooms thoroughly, sanitizing surfaces, appliances, and restocking essentials. Replenish supplies at registers and organize cleaning stock to ensure team efficiency. Support store safety by identifying and resolving hazards like spills or broken glass, and replace interior and exterior lights. Demonstrate ownership of daily priorities, operational procedures, and customer service goals while following asset protection and security protocols. Available for a flexible part-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
