Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment by performing daily cleaning activities, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms. Replenish supplies at registers and organize cleaning materials, while replacing interior and exterior lights to ensure a well-lit space. Support store safety by identifying and resolving hazards such as spills, icy sidewalks, and broken glass, and follow asset protection and security protocols. Assist customers during peak traffic periods and embrace feedback to strengthen operational performance. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
- Communicate with excellence
