Job Summary
Maintenance/Housekeeping Associate drives store cleanliness and safety, performing daily cleaning, maintenance tasks, and supplies replenishment. Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, sanitizing restrooms and breakroom, restocking items, organizing cleaning supplies, identifying and addressing hazards, replacing interior/exterior lights, and supporting store operations and customer experience. Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. 16+ eligibility for Belk employment.
