Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment through daily cleaning activities, maintenance tasks, and supply replenishment. Dust, vacuum, sweep, clean mirrors, and collect trash, hangers, and sensor tags while thoroughly sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms. Replenish supplies at registers and organize cleaning materials to ensure efficiency. Identify and resolve safety hazards such as spills or broken glass, and replace interior and exterior lights. Demonstrate ownership by supporting store objectives, following asset protection procedures, and assisting customers during peak traffic. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
