Job Summary
Maintenance Technician – Level 2 at Pilgrim’s: diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventive and emergency repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting in a production facility. Responsibilities include responding to equipment issues, interpreting welding symbols, performing welding operations, using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, and ensuring safe, compliant operation of plant equipment. Requires mobility to address breakdowns on the production floor and collaboration with the Maintenance and Plant Operations Teams. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; certifications in Lock Out/Tag Out, Pallet Jack, and Forklift; IMPACT level 2 testing; 1+ years maintenance experience; ability to lift 50 lbs; schedule includes Monday–Saturday shifts with 8-hour days.
