Job Summary
Maintenance hourly role focused on industrial equipment upkeep including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding work. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on machinery such as gear boxes; dismantling and overhauling components; operating hoists and lifting equipment; reading drawings and interpreting documents; and performing routine maintenance like checking drives, motors, belts, and replacing filters. Requires ability to work in varying temperatures and tight spaces, with some weekend shifts. Benefits include vision, medical, dental after 60 days, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) with company match.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
- General mathematics ability
- Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings
- Basic knowledge of standard and metric measures
- Must be able to work assigned days/shifts (including some weekends)
