Maintenance Hourly

Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and components while identifying parts needing repair or replacement. Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments accurately and interpret equipment drawings to adjust or repair machinery. Respond promptly to production requests to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems, communicating with management and personnel throughout. Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability, completing assigned tasks efficiently while managing time and resources. Requires 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of manufacturing equipment, and ability to read schematics and drawings. Must work assigned shifts including weekends.
