Job Summary

Conduct daily maintenance inspections, prioritize repairs, and complete work orders to keep rooms in service. Perform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs while managing inventory and organizing tools. Monitor energy conservation, remove trash, and maintain grounds including parking lots and landscaping. Inspect fire systems monthly and respond to alarms by reporting to management. Walk the property daily to identify issues and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments. Submit completed maintenance slips to the manager on time.
