Job Summary
Maintain hotel property including grounds and pool, replace burned-out bulbs, collect maintenance cards, perform preventative maintenance on laundry equipment, repair doors, locks, furniture, windows, plumbing, and fixtures, keep areas clean and safe, repaint and re-caulk as needed, maintain A/C filters, and respond to emergency situations after hours; work from a daily schedule and wear proper uniform with name tag. Must perform routine and additional duties as assigned to keep the property attractive and safe.
