Job Summary
Maintain pool area and exercise room; keep grounds and parking areas clean; review maintenance logs and fix issues; perform preventive maintenance; report problems to supervisor; ensure storage areas are clean and secured; manage housekeeping supplies and linens; verify exterior lights work; identify and address safety hazards; ensure inventory of stock lasts two weeks and notify GM if orders needed; follow and complete guest room inspection checklists; clean equipment and HVAC filters, windows and doors; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma/GED required
- Hospitality experience preferred
