Maintenance Helper

Perform facility maintenance under supervision to keep the physical plant safe and in working order. Check maintenance logs daily, complete instructed tasks, and identify or correct safety hazards. Make repairs timely, obtain quotes for improvements, and supervise contract work when needed. Pressure wash exterior areas, repaint parking lot lines, and round the facility to verify cleanliness and equipment operation. Maintain accurate records of activities, store tools properly, and adhere to lock-out/tag-out policies. Assist with moving residents, preparing rooms for admission, and emergency preparedness including shelter-in-place or evacuation support. Participate in QA meetings, in-service trainings, and the Interdisciplinary Team while rotating on-call status with the supervisor.
