Maintenance Helper

Change all air filters in dorms and throughout campus buildings. Perform maintenance tasks including lifting 70lbs, walking, and using hand tools. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm with a 15-minute break every hour; overtime may occur on weekends. Maintain a clean background and wear long pants, plain shirts without logos, and tennis shoes. This contract-to-hire role supports the college campus Ground Keepers team.
