Job Summary
Repair and maintain all facility aspects, including interiors, exteriors, driveways, and parking lots, to ensure audit readiness. Install or repair drywall, paint structures, replace ceramic tile, and construct or modify small structures like sheds and counter tops. Inspect equipment and buildings for repairs, order materials, and maintain logs of all work for audit trails. Perform plumbing tasks such as installing fixtures, clearing clogged drains, and repairing faucets. Clean silos and tanks, lay carpet or floor tile, and work on roofs and floors in high temperatures or confined spaces. Must work varying days and shifts, including weekends on straight time.
Required Qualifications
- Must have plumbing and septic experience
- Must have floor tile experience
- Must have Painting experience
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to work in high temperatures, on the roof, for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in high places and confined spaces
- Must be able to communicate clearly both orally and written form
- Must possess a mechanical aptitude and be able to make minor machine adjustments
- Must be able and willing to work varying days and varying shifts
- Must be able to work weekends on straight time
- Must be able to alert maintenance, foreman or supervisor to potential problems
- Must abide by company rules

- Must be able to value people, teamwork, safety, excellence, and have pride and dignity for work performed
- Primarily day shift but may be required to work alternate shifts
