Job Summary
Maintenance role performing troubleshooting and repair across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; maintain and repair machinery and facility equipment; inspect parts for wear and defects; reassemble after inspection and testing; operate CNC control systems including servo drives and motors; clean, lubricate, and adjust components; execute preventative maintenance per check sheets; ensure safe operation and compliance with OSHA safety policies; maintain recycling areas; may be required to drive locally; on-site duties in Charlevoix, MI; requires a valid forklift license and floor-scrubber operation; on-time and professional attendance; 1-3 months related experience or equivalent training accepted.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have or be able to get and maintain a valid forklift license
- Must have or be able to get and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Operate floor scrubber
- Good knowledge of buildings, loading docks, truck wells, entrances, security situations
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
Desired Qualifications
- Maintenance experience
- Troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems
- OSHA awareness or safety-conscious
- Forklift license or ability to obtain
- Valid driver’s license
