Maintenance/Handyman

Maintain systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, restoring, repairing, or replacing faulty components to ensure gas, electricity, and water supply availability. Execute minor and major repairs, inspect emergency installations and exits against safety codes, and keep machinery manuals organized. Administer maintenance work by reporting to the Dean, liaising with third-party contractors, and tracking progress within approved budgets. Recommend utility cost-saving improvements to management while managing a set of working tools under your jurisdiction. Work irregular hours on demand as required.
