Job Summary
Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations, including HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing systems, while ensuring safety, security, and asset protection. Manage the maintenance budget, capital expenditure projects, and preventive maintenance schedules for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and laundry facilities. Maintain regulatory compliance, inspect all hotel spaces from entrance to roof, and promptly report or correct hazardous conditions. Execute daily operations by checking events, updating bulletin boards, and adhering to Greens & Brand Standards for all work orders and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance the designating PMs and work orders per Greens & Brand Standards.
- Extensive knowledge of the tools used by maintenance, including use & safety
- Must be able to work alone.
- Comply with all standards.
- Manage time effectively
- Communicate with guests and co-workers in a friendly and helpful professional manner.
- Work as a team member
- Assist with guest issues, being professional and maintaining a hospitable caring attitude.
- Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach
- Must be able to move continuously for an 8-10 hour shift on a hard surface.
- Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds, without the aid of another person.
- Must be able to ascend up to 12 feet in height on the ladder.
- Must be able to position ones self appropriately in order to efficiently inspect all hotel spaces, including air ducts, carry trash, vacuum, dust, assist Guests with luggage, and set up meeting rooms.

- High School diploma or equivalent of the same
