Job Summary
Oversee all Engineering/Maintenance operations, maintaining the building, grounds, and physical plant with focus on safety, security, and asset protection. Manage the maintenance budget, capital expenditure projects, preventive maintenance, and energy conservation for the hotel. Ensure proper completion of all assigned duties, including routine and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, back of the house, and laundry operations. Maintain regulatory requirements and report or correct any hazardous conditions observed immediately. Perform major life activities including standing eight hours, lifting 60 pounds, and ascending up to 12 feet on ladders. Work flexible shifts that may include holidays, weekends, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance the designating PMs and work orders per Greens & Brand Standards
- Extensive knowledge of the tools used by maintenance, including use & safety
- Must be able to work alone
- Must be able to stand for eight hours
- Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach
- Must be able to move continuously for an 8-10 hour shift on a hard surface
