Job Summary
Conduct routine landscaping, lawn care, and grounds keeping to maintain property appearance and safety. Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment while monitoring security systems and patrolling the premises. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and security incidents, documenting all actions taken. Assist with setting up and dismantling event spaces as needed and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and physical stamina for manual tasks in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in grounds keeping, maintenance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and systems
- Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions
