Job Summary
Maintenance/Grounds Team Member responsible for upkeep of campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds, performing basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, implementing regular maintenance and cleaning programs (including pool/spa, lawn care, landscaping, garbage, laundry servicing, and other campground equipment), adhering to safety programs, and delivering attentive guest service. Must demonstrate physical capability (lifting, moving objects, stairs/terrain), willingness to work nights/weekends/holidays, and collaborate with Campground Manager, Supervisors, and owners to ensure facilities remain well-maintained and fully operational. Skills in electrical, plumbing, propane/gas handling, chemical safety, and general maintenance are desired; driver’s license required; able to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation
- Basic knowledge of chemical properties, handling, and usage
- Basic knowledge of propane and gasoline dispensing
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
