Job Summary
Maintenance & Grounds Technician needed to perform maintenance, groundskeeping, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and related tasks at a housing facility in Antrim. Responsibilities include cleaning and turning over vacant units, grounds keeping, landscaping, snow removal, interior painting and prep-work, miscellaneous carpentry repairs, appliance repairs, plumbing fixture work, lock changes, maintaining supplies and records, and soliciting bids for major repairs or contracts. Requires valid driver’s license, on-call availability, and willingness to perform any task as required. Familiarity with maintenance software (Yardi Mobile) is a plus; strong safety, communication, and ability to interact with a diverse population are valued.
