Job Summary
Grounds maintenance technician responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the property, including mowing grass, trimming vegetation, and collecting trash to ensure grounds are safe, clean, and presentable. Duties include picking up trash and debris, mowing with company equipment, trimming and edging around sidewalks/buildings/landscape areas, emptying outdoor trash receptacles, maintaining a clean, professional appearance of all assigned grounds, operating and performing basic maintenance on lawn care equipment, and reporting safety hazards or equipment issues to supervision. Follow all company safety procedures and policies and assist with other grounds-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications emphasize outdoor work in varying weather, safe operation of lawn maintenance equipment, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, teamwork, and forklift operation. Location: Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
