Maintenance

Maintenance role focusing on implementing, maintaining, and expanding the Predictive Maintenance Program (PDM) within the CMMS, coordinating repairs with the Maintenance Manager to reduce unplanned downtime, tracking spare parts usage, unpacking and stocking items, and performing complex troubleshooting across refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include maintaining CMMS data, assigning Work Orders, scheduling repairs to minimize downtime, developing and presenting progress reports on the PDM program, maintaining records of work and corrective actions, initiating purchase orders for parts, and supporting LEAN, 5S, Six Sigma, and other Continuous Improvement initiatives. Must understand customer requirements, deliver results, and act as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor; must be able to stop processes not meeting food safety and quality requirements.
