Job Summary
Maintenance Generalist role across Renjoy’s 200+ vacation rental properties in Colorado Springs/ Woodland Park. High-volume, self-managed repairs focused on practical problem solving (6–8 tickets daily) including door latches, locks, furniture/fixture repair, and seasonal property care. Responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing issues, troubleshooting smart home devices (Brivo/Yale/Minut), documenting every task with photos in the Task App, and coordinating with the Field Operations Team. Must manage own time/routes, maintain quality, and be able to work weekends. No trade license required; mileage reimbursed; full-time W2 with a consistent weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Strong general handyman skills (hardware, fixtures, furniture, basic plumbing, mechanical troubleshooting)
- Comfortable with field software and apps to manage tasks and documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in Colorado weather
- No trade license required
