Job Summary
Maintenance Generalist trainee role focusing on preventative maintenance of assigned equipment, equipment rebuilding, and facility repairs. Responsibilities include machine adjustments during production, learning to use the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and communicating with proper personnel. Role may involve shift or department rotation and adherence to safety regulations. Preferred candidates have mechanical experience or automotive/mechanical training, with exposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and fabrication. Training through the Maintenance Skills Training Program is required to progress; background checks may be part of the hiring process. Required Qualifications
- 3 Months mechanical experience or enrolled or completed an automotive/mechanical degree or training
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to move through the Maintenance Skills Training Program passing all required levels in the allotted time frame as listed in our training policy
