Job Summary
Maintenance Generalist on 1st shift at Tyler Road Plant in Russellville, AR. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing production equipment; performing preventive maintenance and assisting with breakdowns; setting up, adjusting and breaking down production line machinery; learning Tyson SAP to create work orders and complete daily documentation; reading and writing and applying basic math; working in a dusty environment and in temperatures of 50 degrees F or less; and adhering to Tyson safety policies. Must be willing to complete required training and may be assigned to other general maintenance openings on different shifts as needed. Must lift over 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years prior Industrial Maintenance experience or Equivalent technical education
- six months of consecutive work history with one employer within the last twelve months or completion of technical/training program in the prior 12 months
