Maintenance Full Time (The Community at Rockhill)

Maintenance Technician responsible for completing work orders across plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems; perform preventive maintenance on equipment throughout the facility (e.g., filter changes, lubrications, vehicle maintenance); complete daily paperwork (work sheets, work orders); be available for on-call weekends/holidays and overtime in emergencies; maintain building standards by handling routine tasks like trash pickup, lighting, and vehicle cleanliness; respond to alarms (medical or fire) and assist with evacuation drills; maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and health care equipment; perform routine duties such as package deliveries and miscellaneous tasks; keep tools organized and follow PPE and department policies; participate in departmental meetings and in-services; additional duties as directed; benefits include PTO, training, 401K with company match, EAP, tuition reimbursement, fitness center and pool, and more.
