Job Summary
Maintain grounds, parking lots, and buildings by performing garbage pick-up, landscaping, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical wiring, and tile repair. Operate power tools, small engines, and electrical motors while repairing doors, entryway hardware, and motor vehicles including trucks, tractors, salters, and plows. Clean snow and debris from sidewalks and parking lots, replace lightbulbs, and notify the supervisor of significant HVAC equipment repairs. Requires a valid Driver's license, ability to work Wednesday through Sunday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and occasional overtime on weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Must be able to work overtime as needed, weekends and holidays
- 1 - Days and hours are Wednesday through Sunday 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

Desired Qualifications
- Trade school certification and mechanical repair courses or equivalent experience, a plus
- Experience in one or more relevant fields, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, landscaping, etc., a plus
