Maintenance Foreman - Kennedy Mall

Conduct comprehensive maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial duties throughout the mall and surrounding areas. Clean and maintain floors, common areas, doors, walls, glass, sidewalks, roofs, and parking lots while collecting and disposing of trash. Perform landscaping tasks including grass cutting, weed control, and tree trimming. Handle painting touch-ups, complete repairs such as roof maintenance, and replace light bulbs and ceiling tiles. Shovel snow and apply melting agents as needed. Maintain public restrooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Adhere to safe work practices and possess a valid driver's license.
