Job Summary
Oversees preventative maintenance and repairs at New Castle Correctional Facility; supervises and coordinates an offender maintenance crew, ensuring safety standards and proper training; prepares estimates and coordinates materials/equipment to job sites; maintains work orders and time records; adjusts plans to complete projects efficiently, while performing related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years’ experience in a building or maintenance trade or completion of accredited college/vocational training in a related field
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
