Job Summary
Oversee building maintenance operations and supervise a team of tradespeople, requiring seven years of experience with three years at a supervisory level. Manage daily site activities including moving objects up to 20 lbs occasionally and performing tasks that involve standing, walking, climbing, and stooping. Ensure all personnel adhere to statutory requirements for drug testing and background fingerprinting. This promotion-only opportunity is exclusive to current School Board Employees.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school, trade school or GED
- Seven years experience in the building trades
- Three years supervisory level experience
- Exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally
- Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force as needed
- Ability to talk and hear
- Ability to sit and use hands and fingers
- Ability to handle or feel
- Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Close vision
- Subject to drug testing
- Subject to background fingerprinting
