Job Summary
Conduct daily landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, seasonal clean-ups, and debris removal for a premier commercial site. Monitor plant health and turf conditions, apply mulch and fertilizers as directed, and perform minor irrigation checks. Operate and maintain equipment like mowers and blowers while conducting daily pre-checks to ensure safety and functionality. Serve as the primary on-site presence for clients, representing the company with professionalism and identifying improvement needs through self-guided property walks. Track work completed and materials used, reporting time, issues, and observations through designated apps or forms. Communicate regularly with supervisors and the Account Manager regarding site updates, weather delays, or enhancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance
- Strong horticultural knowledge and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and support or coordinate with additional team members when assigned
- Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Desired Qualifications
- Pesticide license or irrigation experience a plus but not required
