Job Summary
Execute maintenance and service plans within the Weekly Maintenance Plan Process as instructed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies to actively meet fleet targets and ensure budgeted performance for excavators, drills, mobile earthmoving equipment, and fixed plant. Operate safely by adhering to all HSEC policies and legislative requirements while optimizing equipment availability across the operation. Work a 7 Day/7 Night Lifestyle Roster or 8 Day/3 Night Roster in a full-time, permanent role with performance-based bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining and servicing Excavators
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining and servicing Drills
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining and servicing mobile earthmoving equipment
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining and servicing fixed plant
- Commitment to embracing new skills, opportunities and responsibility
- High concern for the health and safety of others
- Maintaining a safe workplace by actively following safety systems
- Ensuring adherence to all company HSEC policies and legislative requirements
