Job Summary
Develop and execute regular maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and monthly inspections. Perform non-routine repairs on buildings, vehicles, and machinery, or coordinate with contractors when necessary. Handle emergencies, evacuations, and safety violations while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards. Manage supply requisitions, secure departmental tools and equipment, and conduct yard work and snow removal across all properties. Maintain a clean work area and participate in required staff meetings. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and at least one year of maintenance experience.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Proof of auto insurance
- Experience in Carpentry
- Experience in Home Renovation
- Manual dexterity to operate equipment
- Ability to work in confined space
- Ability to use hand/electric power and hand tools
- Ability to manipulate stairways
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work at high elevations
- Experience with general maintenance of vehicles
- Experience with plumbing
- Experience with electrical
- Experience with mechanics of equipment
- Ability to physically move bulky and or heavy equipment
- Ability to climb, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance
