Job Summary
Perform regular maintenance on boiler room equipment, troubleshoot and repair systems, and schedule start-ups and inspections. Conduct water analysis at customer sites, manage parts and tool inventory on service vehicles, and maintain stock room inventory. Create proposals for site improvements and maintenance contracts, negotiating terms with customers while utilizing inspection reports. Adhere to the company's Safety Health and Environmental program and provide excellent customer service. Requires a Mexican nationality, university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, valid passport, and driver's license. Hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $27.00 with housing and transportation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- TN work visa for United States
- Mexican nationality
- University degree and professional license in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Mexican passport valid for at least 1 year
- Valid Mexican driver's license
- 3+ years work experience in field engineering, plant maintenance, machinery/engine repair, boiler installation or repair, steam systems, HVAC and/or controls
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- A good level of English
- Adaptability to new cultures and ways of life
- Independence and maturity to live away from family for extended periods
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
