Job Summary
Install marketing yard signs, remove signs at occupancy, and complete minor post-renovation repairs. Troubleshoot smart home technology issues and perform pre-move-in inspections 72 hours before occupancy. Conduct HOA violation checks, manage in-person evictions and lockouts, and schedule occupied maintenance work orders. Coordinate move-out walks and review progress against weekly KPIs with the Head of Construction. Communicate with residents professionally regarding outstanding violations. This role includes weekly KPI reviews, on-site inspections, and resident communication. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, this position supports our rapidly scaling portfolio of single-family and build-to-rent assets.
Required Qualifications
- Min 2 years of work experience in a related position with residential maintenance experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- proficiency with prospect and resident management systems
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certifications preferred
