Maintenance Field Supervisor

Job Summary
Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, mulching, pruning, trimming, edging, stick trimming, bed maintenance, weeding, dethatching, aeration, seeding, and leaf clean-up. Safely operate equipment such as stick edgers, hedge trimmers, and push/stand-on mowers while directing a crew of one to three team members. Complete time entry with photos and notes through LMN, train crew members on BSM Standards, and ensure end-of-day efficiency for roll-out preparation. Perform snow removal duties in winter months and maintain a professional atmosphere while interfacing with customers. Work 4-day weeks from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM with bilingual communication capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Applicators License Turf & Landscape 3.0 (or willing to obtain)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English in oral and written forms. (or open to learn)
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable on the company's insurance policy.
- Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
- Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
- Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
- Able to interact with customers professionally and courteously on a daily basis.
- Able to report to work by 6:45 AM- 5:00PM
