Maintenance/Facility Manager

Conduct planned and non-planned maintenance activities to ensure the safety and continuous availability of manufacturing equipment and facilities. Optimize facility and equipment availability through comprehensive preventive maintenance programs while managing spare parts inventory and associated costs. Develop and guide repair resources to meet regulatory requirements and performance targets in close collaboration with EHS for safety compliance. Lead maintenance efforts with a safety-first approach to maintain a zero-accident culture and supervise accident prevention across the business. Ensure timely updates and regular maintenance of all repair, equipment, and facility documentation. Participate in the evaluation and acceptance of manufacturing and facility equipment.
