Job Summary
Maintenance / Facilities Technician responsible for preserving Rangeview’s factory infrastructure and production uptime. Role includes executing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, electrical distribution, utilities), troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment and automated machinery, assisting with installation of new production equipment and facility infrastructure, documenting maintenance activities for accurate records, maintaining safety standards (emergency lighting, eyewash, first aid), identifying recurring problems and recommending improvements, and supporting a lean, high-ownership buildout environment as new equipment and capacity come online. Requires diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; strong troubleshooting with hand and power tools; clear communication with engineering, production, leadership, and vendors; and familiarity with safety protocols like Lockout/Tagout. On-site in El Segundo, CA; full-time with possible extended hours and weekend work as needed. Equity and health benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Experience supporting facility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, utilities, or electrical distribution
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, floor plans, mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and equipment documentation
- Strong troubleshooting skills combined with hand-on experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to communicate technical facility or equipment issues clearly with engineering, production, leadership, and outside vendors
- Experience with Lockout/Tagout and general industrial safety protocols
