Maintenance & Facilities Technician

Job Summary
Support the buildout of new laundromat locations by running cables, framing, installing and demolishing drywall, building custom fixtures, and installing flooring. Perform general maintenance and repairs at existing sites, including restroom plumbing, commercial washer/dryer checks, basic HVAC inspections, painting, and cosmetic upkeep. Respond to maintenance needs as they arise while managing time effectively across multiple Houston-area locations. Travel between sites using your own reliable transportation. Full-time hours with overtime available during active buildout phases; competitive hourly pay based on experience. Mileage reimbursement provided for travel.
