Job Summary
Maintain, renovate, repair, and oversee buildings, grounds, and facility equipment; manage maintenance and cleaning program; supervise and develop team; ensure safety and compliance; provide sound and professional advice to the Area Maintenance Director; coordinate with General Manager; ensure customer service and smooth operation of all club areas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or GED equivalent
- Possess knowledge of and have experience with managing and/or repairing mechanical, plumbing, & electrical systems
- Basic computer skills
- Willing and able to work a flexible shift: overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in a service industry (i.e. food, retail, etc.) a plus
