Job Summary
Perform all maintenance and technical duties at assigned properties, including plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical, appliances, interior finishes, and building exterior work. Maintain structural integrity by completing minor repairs, ensuring vacant apartments are rent-ready, and conducting preventative maintenance inspections. Address resident requests within 48 hours, manage inventory, and communicate timelines for extended resolutions. Review contractor requests, determine materials, and maintain an organized workplace. Work independently and with the team, requiring flexible on-call hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Class 5 Drivers License
- access to transportation

- Ability to complete physically demanding tasks
- Maintenance service experience
