Maintenance Facilities Manager

Job Summary
Lead the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual objectives of the maintenance department while developing and coaching technicians. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability, driving root cause analysis to eliminate recurring failures. Partner with Operations and Maintenance Planning to prioritize activities, and assist Plant Engineering in managing capital project scope, schedules, budgets, and contractors. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while leading startup efforts for major equipment investments. Manage maintenance and MRO budgets and execute long-term reliability improvement plans aligned with plant growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical troubleshooting, reliability, and project management skills
- Experience managing maintenance budgets, contractors, and capital projects
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related technical degree preferred
