Job Summary
Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots industrial electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and combustion systems while performing preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. Diagnoses equipment failures on motors, drives, pumps, and process equipment, implementing corrective actions and custom tooling designs to improve safety and productivity. Leads troubleshooting efforts during critical failures, coordinates daily work assignments, and supports capital projects and facility upgrades. Maintains accurate documentation, manages inventory levels, and communicates equipment status across production, operations, and management teams. Requires participation in an on-call rotation for emergency response support outside normal business hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with combustion systems, process heating equipment, or industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
- Participation in an on-call rotation
- Must be capable of responding to emergency maintenance situations outside normal business hours
- Must be willing to work in manufacturing, warehouse, retail, office, and outdoor environments as needed
