Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of up to 15 maintenance professionals by fostering ownership through mentoring, performance feedback, and coaching on work process requirements. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing key performance indicators to identify gaps, deploying collaborative solutions, and promoting visual management. Manage the CMMS tool (SAP Maintenance), identify enhancements, and introduce new technology to optimize execution efficiency. Collaborate with peers across sites to share best practices and escalate unresolved site integration issues between work processes. Prepare and analyze reports on maintenance spend to support cost control while acting as the Maintenance Execution Site Process Focal Point. Report to the Maintenance Manager and support stakeholders to deliver to customers. Requires 10 years of industrial maintenance experience with five years in supervision, a Bachelor's degree, and ability to work in a refinery environment with up to 5% travel.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of industrial maintenance/craft experience
- Five years of supervision experiences
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree
- Science or engineering related field
- Strong work process ownership and discipline
- Collaborative team orientated leadership
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of refinery operations and maintenance
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs
- Pushing and/or pulling up to 30lbs
- Climbing up to 200ft
- Ability to operate and drive all assigned company vehicles

- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Strenuous physical activity
- Refinery based
- Up to 5% travel by land and air required
