Maintenance Event Staff - Kansas Speedway

Job Summary
Conduct general building and grounds maintenance, including cleaning, power washing, trash removal, mowing, landscaping, and event setup. Operate hand and power tools, tractors, carts, heavy equipment, and vehicles across all assigned areas. Manage sign maintenance, vinyl application, ground graphics, and tent installation for events. Clean and sanitize office buildings, suite buildings, and restrooms while stocking supplies. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including evenings and weekends, with occasional overtime. Lift objects up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work overtime including some evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather elements
- Frequently lifting and carrying objects/material up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Reliable transportation to and from the track location
