Job Summary
Conduct various maintenance duties including light plumbing, carpentry, appliance repairs, painting, and groundskeeping to ensure amenity spaces remain well-maintained and free from debris. Monitor and control maintenance inventory while reporting concerns directly to management for repairs. Attend morning staff meetings to coordinate daily vendor appointments and work closely with staff on special projects. You will move heavy objects, drive maintenance trucks, and remain on call for after-hours emergencies. This role supports ELS's mission as a leading operator of manufactured home communities and RV resorts, ensuring properties meet high quality standards across 32 states.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of property maintenance experience
