Job Summary
The Equipment Maintenance Tech Level 3 performs independent, moderately complex maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, applying Rx processes and procedures. Responsibilities include using powered and hand tools, diagnosing pneumatic, fluid power, and electrical problems, performing preventative maintenance, reading schematics and assembly drawings, providing welding and soldering support, fabricating components, and leading shift start-up activities. Requires lean toolbox familiarity (5S, standard work, CEDAC), basic shop math, and the ability to escalate issues as needed. Candidates should have 2+ years of maintenance experience (technical degree may substitute), and proficiency with Microsoft Office; must complete Swagelok internal training for Powered Industrial Equipment.
