Job Summary
Support the Environmental Services Director with general maintenance of common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems. Drive the community van and personally communicate with residents to understand their preferences and enhance their quality of life. Lead by example while ensuring all services maximize resident identity, interests, and abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Assisted Living experience
- Ability to drive the community van
- Ability to communicate with other team members
- Ability to communicate with residents through direct conversation
