Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Manage the business's physical assets at the Yountville site by leading preventive and corrective work programs for buildings, infrastructure, and equipment. Ensure a successful repair request system with timely responses, maintain the CMMS eMaint for recordkeeping, and oversee a robust spare parts inventory to minimize downtime. Coordinate outsourced service providers, conduct vendor assessments, and supervise repairs across various facility infrastructures while establishing and monitoring key performance indicators. Lead budgeting and cost control for assigned cost centers, ensuring adherence to targets for contract labor and maintenance repairs. Guarantee federal, state, and county compliance for permitting, water systems, and hazardous materials documentation. Demonstrate visible safety leadership by conducting job hazard risk analyses, managing incident reporting, and ensuring all team members and contractors follow regulatory requirements and safety procedures.
