Job Summary
Maintenance & Engineering Manager leads bakery plant engineering and maintenance operations, develops and administers the capital program and maintenance budget, ensures GMP, Food Safety, and Personal Safety/Quality policies are followed, implements preventive/predictive maintenance programs, analyzes technical maintenance issues, and trains engineering and maintenance personnel. Responsible for coordinating with contractors, managing KPI reporting on downtime and maintenance performance, maintaining records for compliance, and driving continuous improvements in plant performance and profitability through engineering solutions, safety training (Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Confined Space, Hazardous Materials Handling), and collaboration with Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
